How long does it take to get my order?
Our normal turnaround time (excluding holidays) is a maximum of 2 weeks from the time your complete order is received. If you need your artwork sooner, please select the rush option at checkout.
What is rush shipping?
If you would like your artwork quickly, you can choose our “rush” option to guarantee your finished artwork is sent to you within 7 business days from the time we receive your order. The rush fee is an additional $20.
What if I live outside the United States?
We do not ship outside of the United States. If you are outside of the United States, you will need to order the digital image. We will send you the JPEG image which you can easily print out at any photo processing store in your area.
Is all of your pricing per person?
Yes. All of our pricing is based on how many people are being drawn. Our prices are based on the time it takes the artist to create the caricature image of each individual.
How do I send my photo? Are there any photo requirements?
When uploading your photos, please keep them under 1 MB in size if possible. Photos can be sent in .jpeg, .png, or .gif format. When completing the order form, you will be able to attach the photos right from your computer.
I am interested in a family/group caricature. Does every subject have to be in the same photo for you to draw them?
No. The artist draws each individual separately, so it does not matter if you send one group photo or several separate photos. It is easier for the artist to use individual pictures because the image size is usually bigger, but we do not need individual photos of each person to be drawn. We know that some orders are a “surprise” to the recipient and it may be difficult to get a picture. Surprising your boss with a drawing but don’t have a picture? No problem. You could scan the picture on his desk of him with his wife and include a note on the order form that says, for example, “do not include lady in blue dress.”
Can I use my artwork for advertising?
No. The prices listed on our website are for personal use only. Any artwork that is going to be used in a commercial way (i.e., website, logos, billboards, business cards, etc.) requires copyright permission from the artist. If you wish to use the artwork commercially, please contact us with your project details. We will provide you with a quote for your specific project. The price will include all of the necessary release forms. In order to give you a quote, we will need a description of the artwork needed, deadline requirements, and what you would like to use the artwork for.
I want to use the artwork for my wedding invitation. Is that considered commercial use?
No. We do not consider wedding invitations commercial use. We also allow our artwork to be used on personal Christmas cards and party invitations at no additional charge.
Can I get a proof of my artwork? (Digital Only)
Yes. We do have an option
to request a proof before the final artwork is complete. This is for DIGITAL
Orders ONLY. There is an additional charge of $20 for this service
because it adds an extra step for the artist (proof rates for commercial projects are higher).
Proofs are rough digital development
sketches only. They enable you to make changes to your order before the final
artwork is complete. They are not to make changes to the original order. This is for Digital Artwork Only.
I only have one photo of the subject is that enough?
The artist needs at least one good photo to draw from. If the artist cannot work from the photo you have provided,we will contact you. However, if you do have multiple photos, please provide them to us. Please make sure they do not have hats or sunglasses on if you do not want them drawn with them.
What if I don't like my proof? (Digital Only)
We’ll gladly make any changes
you’d like to your proof, as long as they stay true to the original order. For
example, if your original request was for someone drawn at the beach, we can’t
change the background to the mountains after the proof is created.
A proof is intended for small adjustments—such as making a nose smaller, hair
darker, or other minor tweaks. That’s exactly what the proof option is for!
Most customers only request one or two small changes, if any. Please note that
orders cannot be canceled once you’ve received your proof.
What makes your artwork different?
Our artwork is all original
works of art, created by real artists—not AI. When you browse online, you’ll see many
different styles, techniques, and prices.
Unlike AI programs or photo
filters that make pictures “look” like people/pets our artists hand-draw every
piece from the photos you provide. Nothing is copied, traced, or generated by
software.

and have a favorite artist, you’re welcome to request that specific artist for your new
caricature, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
